2.1 Hourly Rate: We charge £400 per hour for our services. This rate applies to all work performed by AI Solutions, unless a separate agreement or contract is in place.

2.2 Monthly Priority Client Fee: For priority clients, we offer a monthly fee of £2,500. This fee includes:
* Up to 10 hours of our services per month
* Minimum subscription term of 3 months.
* Priority meeting access to our team
* Dedicated daily support via Google Meet, Teams or Zoom

Any work exceeding the included 10 hours will be charged at the standard hourly rate of £400.

2.3 Limitations: The monthly priority client fee is subject to the following limitations:
* A maximum of 2 different projects per month

### 3. Payments
3.1 Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Stripe. By using our services, you agree to comply with Stripe's policies and terms of service. For more information, please visit Stripe's Terms of Service: https://stripe.com/gb/legal.

3.2 Refunds: The monthly priority client fee is non-refundable. Hourly rate payments are also non-refundable, unless a separate agreement or contract specifies otherwise.

### 4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the materials we create for you will be owned by AI Solutions until full payment has been made, at which point ownership will transfer to you as specified in the project contract.

4.2 Use of Materials: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials provided by AI Solutions for the purposes outlined in your project contract.

### 5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 No Warranty: AI Solutions provides services on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the website or services.

5.2 Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services.

### 6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
6.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

6.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
