This fee covers our time and expertise during the initial consultation and is deducted from the final project cost if a contract is agreed upon. 2.2 Subsequent Meeting Fees: Any subsequent meetings beyond the initial consultation will also be charged at a rate of £250 per meeting. Subsequent Meeting Fees are not deducted from the final project cost unless specified in the project contract. 2.3 Project Fees: The final cost of the project will be subject to a separate contract, which will outline the scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. ### 3. Payments 3.1 Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Stripe. By using our services, you agree to comply with Stripe's policies and terms of service. Subsequent Meeting Fees are also non-refundable. Refunds for other services will be governed by the terms specified in the project contract. ### 4. Intellectual Property 4.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the materials we create for you will be owned by AI Solutions until full payment has been made, at which point ownership will transfer to you as specified in the project contract. 4.2 Use of Materials: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials provided by AI Solutions for the purposes outlined in your project contract. ### 5. Limitation of Liability 5.1 No Warranty: AI Solutions provides services on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the website or services. 5.2 Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services. ### 6.
